- to fair; overall with various scratches, dents, marks, chips, and abrasions consistent with age and use; structurally stable; one has been converted to a cabinet with a hinged lid over a single door; three-drawer commode is slightly more sunfaded than the other; both with veneer cracks, chips/losses, and repairs; three-drawer example with a couple of larger chips to back edge of side panels; both have some former pest damage (worming) with associated marks, mostly to secondaries; three-drawer example with some repairs/restorations to blocking/rails on interior of case; the other has a reconfigured interior with a single shelf; handles replaced.
