An Hermès Les Muserolles plissé scarf, designed by Christiane Vauzelles with an issue date of 1986. The design, translated to ‘The Nosebands’ depicts a soldier in full armor sitting atop a horse in full regalia including a gold tone noseband, with a looping tasseled end gold and grey rope around tan horse tack framing the center and separating the eight different gold and red elaborate nosebands around the border; all to a navy blue background. It is titled ‘Les Muserolles’ and marked ‘Hermès Paris’. It is constructed with hand-rolled sewn edges, with an attached fabric content label. A ribboned presentation box is also included.
