A finely hand-knotted Indo-Persian wool rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of cream to beige; burgundy, golden yellow, green, violet, and tan. The cream to beige hued field begins with two palmette forms along with intricate flowering vine-work throughout. Framing the field is a main floral meander border with added boteh, and stylized leaves, as well as a pair of floral meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
