A vintage, hand-knotted Persin Qum area rug. The wool rug is rendered in a palette including brick red, slate, cornflower, navy, taupe and cream. It features a central pendant medallion in blues on a brick field, with mother and child boteh motifs in the corners and floral designs throughout. It is framed with floral meander guard borders and a primary herati border.
