A vintage, hand-knotted Persian area rug. The wool rug is rendered in a palette of browns, cream and taupe. The central design features a tree of life motif, with stylized animal forms, floral motifs and rectilinear designs surrounding within the rectangular field. Floral meanders and an unresolved primary border frame the field.
