A set of Louis XV style painted wood frame upholstered armchairs, 21st century. Upholstered in a brown velveteen fabric with a three button tufted back, these chairs feature a rolled back, black arms with gold tone scroll accents, and a matching upholstered seat with scalloped edge and coordinating cording. The chairs include black cabriole front legs with gold tone carved shell and foliate accents, with whorl and shoe feet. The black painted area features red undertones. There are no visible maker’s marks.
