A limited edition offset lithograph print titled Peregrine Falcon by well-listed renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924). The print depicts a solitary falcon perched on a fallen branch, looking out at the vast landscape. It is signed in the plate and in graphite to the lower right with a personalized message to Martin and Adrienne. It is numbered 495/600 to the lower left margin and the title is printed to the lower center. Printed captions to the lower corners indicate that the work was commissioned by Bowling Green State University Alumni Association and was copyrighted 1979 by Wildlife Internationale Inc. The work is not matted and remains unframed.
