A limited edition offset lithograph by renowned Cincinnati wildlife artist John A. Ruthven (American, 1924 – ), titled Dusty, marked ‘Plate I’ from the artist’s Sporting Dog Series. It depicts a golden retriever with a grouse in its mouth, in an autumnal forest setting. The print is signed both in plate and in pencil by the artist to the lower left; it is numbered 802/950 in pencil to the lower right. The piece features a tan mat and is framed in a wood frame, under glass, with a metal wire on the back for wall hanging.
