Item Details
A Chippendale style longcase clock by Howard Miller. Model #610-514. In a cherry case, this clock features a split pediment with a center urn, and a Chinese fretwork style frieze, and similar detailing on the base. Reeded pilasters with gilt capitals adorn the case stiles, with a divided glass door. The upper part of the door accents an arched dial with moon phases, with gold tone chapter ring with Arabic numerals, and corner spandrels. The lower glass panel and side panels feature beveled glazing, with a brass tone pendulum behind. The clock is key wound, and features an 8-day movement with a triple Westminster chime. Movement #354198H and serial #81940254. Marked ‘Howard Miller’ on the dial.
