Royal Vienna Hand-Painted Porcelain Plate, Late 19th to Early 20th Century
Item Details
A Royal Vienna hand-painted porcelain plate from the turn-of-the-century. This plate features a vignette of a seated woman in pink robes with cherubim on either side, whispering in her ears. The portrait is bordered with mulberry bands demarcated by pale blue medallions, and decorated with gilt acanthus leaves and flowers. The bottom is marked with a blue beehive mark for Royal Vienna.
