Giuseppe Armani "Wind Song" Porcelain Sculpture, 1990s
Item Details
A limited edition Giuseppe Armani porcelain sculpture titled Wind Song. This hand-painted piece depicts the form of a woman en dishabille, with a serene expression on her face and flowing locks. A billowing piece of fabric is held aloft with one hand, creating a sail which is attached to a seashell hull, all atop roiling waves. The base is impressed with the date and provenance, stamped with a blue Capodimonte hallmark, and hand numbered 1761/5000. A label is affixed to the reverse of the wooden base.
