- to fair; overall with various scratches, dents, marks, chips, cracks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; structurally stable but back of has some glue repairs as well as some reinforcement blocks/strips; some rust to bolts securing shield; missing nuts, thus shield is loose; back has a wire for hanging.
