Two antique Mughal miniature manuscript paintings on paper. Comprised of gouache and ink with gilt accents, these Indo-Persian manuscript pages feature an intimate music scene and riders hunting on horseback. Both pages have calligraphic inscriptions to the front and verso. Neither page is matted and both remain unframed.

Condition

- to fair; wear from age includes stains, tears, toning, foxing, and holes throughout paper.

Dimensions

- measurement of larger sheet; smaller sheet measures approximately 6.25" W x 11.25" H.
