An Victorian armchair in mahogany with a dark finish and straight crest rail. This chair has padded arms upholstered in brown velour with carved figural palace lions and gadrooning to the skirt. This piece has cabriole legs to the front with carved scroll accents that terminate to whorl feet and the back and seat cushion have a courtesan theme with floral and foliate accents in muted earth tone needlepoint fabric.
