A Small Seal porcelain figurine from Herend Hungary. The piece depicts a seal with his head arched and fins spread to either side of his torso. He is hand painted in Herend’s distinctive fishnet pattern in black with painted gold detailing to his fins and face. He is marked to the underside ‘Herend Hungary Handpainted 15366/NHNM C94.’
