A vintage Neoclassical style pier mirror. This rectangular mirror is housed in a wooden frame surfaced in a taupe craquelure painted finish with gilt trim. The frame features a crest panel depicting a female profile bust within a wreath of foliage and ribbons, flanked by rosette medallions and foliate motifs. The verso is marked ‘Fragile D.F. 699’, and it offers hanging hardware.

Condition

- frame has wear, cracks, splits, gesso and finish loss; mirror is contemporary.
