German Chalet Style Cuckoo Clock With Swiss "Romance" Musical Movement
Item Details
A vintage chalet style German cuckoo clock. This chalet cuckoo clock features exterior figures on the balcony and figures playing instruments in front of the clock face with painted flowers. Included are three pinecone metal weights. The clock is marked on the verso ‘Made in Germany’ with a label for a Swiss Romance musical movement to play the German drinking song I Lost My Heart in Heidelberg (Trink, Trink, Trink, Ich hab mein Herz in Heidelberg).
