Vintage Embroidered Japanese Pillow Covers
Item Details
A grouping of six vintage embroidered Japanese pillow covers. The covers are hand decorated with stencil-dyed design, with some covers including a metallic gold couching and embroidered accents. The largest cover features embroidered lidded jar theme with flying heron decorations. Also includes a smaller cover with a dyed mask to one side and a royal blue and foliate decoration to the reverse, and a cover with a burnt orange background and a lidded jar and bird imagery bearing gold couching.

- some discoloration to silk, with small stains to smaller red-orange covers, a hole to the reverse of largest cover and discoloration to the orange dye.
