Adlake "Non Sweating" Switch Lamp and Signal Lamp

Item Details

An Adlake Non Sweating switch lamp, circa early 20th century and a small Adlake signal lamp. The larger lamp features four glass lenses and a hinged lid at the top marked “The Adlake Non-Sweating Lamp, Chicago”. The smaller lamp was possibly a small semaphore lamp and features two lens 90 degrees from each other. It is marked ‘Adlake’ at the top. Both lamps have been converted to plug into an outlet.

Condition

- to fair. Surface scratches with minor finish loss on non-sweating lamp; non-sweating lamp appears to be refinished; cord pulling from base on smaller lantern; finish loss and uneven paint on smaller lamp; smaller lamp has fractures visible in small lens.
