Circa 1890 Hand-Knotted Persian Baluch Rug
Item Details
A circa 1890 hand-knotted Persian Baluch rug. The wool pile rug features a warm brown field with latticed pattern of lobed flowers and rectilinear leaves. The field is surrounded by running dog minor borders and a geometric patterned barber pole principal border. The rug is finished with natural warp fringe at either end.
