A vintage pierced sterling silver double cruet stand by the Watson Company with a double-handled sugar bowl with a hollow pedestal base. The stand is hallmarked to its underside and additionally marked, ‘Sterling Silver W 339’, while the sugar bowl shows no discernible maker’s marks.
