Ethan Allen Grandmother Clock
Item Details
An Ethan Allen grandmother clock featuring a walnut finish in a medium light finish. The case is embellished with a peaked pediment bracketed by two urn finials and columnar sides to the case by the clock face. This piece has a glass panel door to display the brass and walnut pendulum, recessed panel base with a ogee curve skirt and rests on bracket feet. The face is brass with Roman Numerals in black and accented with figural scrolls and acanthus leaves with the words ‘Tempus Fugit’ across a globe toward the top. The faces is marked, ‘Ethan Allen.’
