Forbes Silver Co. Silver Plate Centerpiece Flower Frog, Circa 1920s
Item Details
A vintage silver plate centerpiece flower frog by the Forbes Silver Company of Meriden, Connecticut. The centerpiece features a round reticulated lid with a scrolled foliate motif finial to its center, a pierced scrolling floral patterned rim, and a flat underside. It is hallmarked to its underside and additionally marked, ‘2970 Patent No. 72884’.
