An antique Victorian writing table by H. Closterman. With truncated corners, and a black leather like surface, this writing table features a design with raised burled walnut panels across the drawer front and table apron. It includes a single drawer with divided compartments, and handmade dovetail construction. The adjustable lid/top surface can slant for writing. It has a turned spindle leg accent, with a raised stretcher. The drawer interior is signed H . Closterman.
