Item Details
A finely hand-knotted Persian Abadeh wool rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of rich red, navy, indigo, cream, rust orange, and black. It features pole medallions with animals and flowers against a rich red field with navy spandrels with animals. Vine and floral guard borders frame the field. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and two natural warp fringed ends.
