19th Century German Salt Glazed Ewer
Item Details
A 19th century German salt glazed ewer. The ewer has an applied handle and a textured grey background. The ewer is decorated with a blue foliate design to handle and a foliate, plume, arch and bead design to body. There is the face of the North Wind found under the spout. He is wearing a crown and has long flowing hair and a long beard. Marked “126” and “4” to underside.
