A carved Emperor penguin from animal horn with glass eyes, on a stepped wooden pedestal stand. This carving depicts an Emperor penguin standing on a rock watching it’s egg. The male penguins guard the egg, keeping it warm on his feet, with a fold of skin to about 100 degrees .
