An Eastlake walnut side chair, late 19th century. The chair features an arched crest rail and stylized back splat accented with an incised geometric pattern and burl wood inlay. This chair has a spline woven cane seat and rests on tapering round legs with a double box stretcher. There are no visible maker’s marks.
