Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Persian Heriz room sized rug. This wool pile rug features a geometric floral medallion with pendants on a royal blue to indigo ground. Compound borders frame the field and display repeating floral and diamond forms in hues of blue, ivory, brick red, salmon, and pale turquoise. The rug is finished with overcast selvedges and wool warp fringe. A label to the reverse reads ‘Made in Iran’.
