Antique Hanging Chalkboard

An antique hanging chalkboard. This blackboard uses a slab of black slate rock held in a wood frame as a chalkboard. There is a extended strip of wood to the bottom of the board meant to hold chalk. This chalkboard does not have a maker’s mark.

- some chipping and deterioration to wood; chalk stand coming slightly loose from frame; surface of board has embedded chalk residue and printed lines.
