A vintage hand-knotted Persian Tabriz rug, in the style of Taba Tabai. This wool pile rug has a scalloped medallion with a border of leaves, set against an open red field with scattered sprays of flowers and pendants. The main red border is framed by brown guard stripes, all with meandering floral patterns. The rug is finished with natural cotton warp fringe.
