Item Details
A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Heriz area rug. This wool rug features a geometric floral medallion with rectilinear floral vines on a deep red lozenge over an ivory ground, along with green spandrels. It has an unresolved wide border with running leaves and flowers with brown guard stripes. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
