Hand-Knotted Pakistani Baluch Wool Carpet Runner

Item Details

A vintage hand-knotted Pakistani Baluch carpet runner. This wool pile rug is rendered in tone of red, blue, camel, and ivory. The elongated field is centered with a vertical chain of stepped diamond medallions and bordered by inward facing half medallions. Framing the field is a single border comprised of multi-color rosettes over blue. The rug is finished with double overcast selvedges and natural warp fringe of goat hair. It is unlabeled.
