A hand-knotted Persian Karaja Heriz area rug. It features a geometric pole medallion on a burnt orange to rust red ground having dark blue spandrels, and cream colored main border with repeating stylized leaf and flower motifs. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
