Item Details

A vintage hand-knotted Persian Everu carpet runner. This wool pile rug is rendered in tones of red, blue, green, yellow, and ivory. The elongated field is populated with an allover lattice of rectilinear boteh, each row alternating in direction. Framing the field are geometric floral meander guard borders, while the primary border features a seraband motif over ivory. The rug is finished with overcast selvedges and wool warp fringe. It is unlabeled.
