Item Details
A hand-knotted Northwest Persian wool rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of cream, red, blue, brown, pink, and golden yellow. The cream hued field features a stylized mina khani design, with large scale leaves and palmettes throughout. Framing the field is a main red grounded chained floret border. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
