A hand-knotted Persian Shiraz wool long rug. It features a geometric latticed pattern with pole medallions in a palette of reds and blues. Framing the field are compound geometric borders, including a primary border featuring an unresolved leaf and zigzag pattern. The rug is finished with natural warp fringe and hand overcast selvedges. No tags are present.
