Meissen "Blue Onion" Porcelain Coffee Pot
Item Details
A Meissen porcelain coffee pot. This Meissen coffee pot features the Blue Onion pattern which depicts groupings of stylized peonies, asters, scrolling stems and leaves. The lid is accented with a rose finial. The underside is marked with the blue crossed swords indicating production between 1852-1870. ‘Germany’ is painted to the bottom rim as well as’26.09’. Impressed to the bottom is the number’136’ and ‘T09’.

Condition
- double scratch marks to the mark indicating a factory second; minor loss to edge of rose finial to top of lid.
