A vintage hand-knotted Indo-Persian Karaja Heriz long rug. This wool rug features an abrashed palette of brown, yellow cream, taupe, navy, and beige. It has four stepped diamond medallions with modified hooks on a field filled with interspersed stepped shapes surrounded with guard borders and a major border. It is finished with overcast selvedge and brief wool warp fringe.
