A hand-knotted Persian Qashqai wool rug. This lightly abrashed rug is in a color palette of blood red, orange, dark grey, cream, and black. The rug features three stepped geometric medallions infilled with geometric and floral motifs in a field heavily populated with floral motifs and framed within a compound border. The rug is finished with hand overcast selvedges and natural warp fringe.
