1940s-1950s Boy Scouts Pocket Knife and Felt Banner
Item Details
A couple of Boy Scout items. There is a blue wood pennant with the Boy Scout logo with the raised felt lettering of ‘BE PREPARED’. There is a cloth tag sewn along the back from ‘A & CO. NY Trade Mark’ and the pennant has two white tassels. The pocket knife has a faux wood grain body with metal caps at the end; the item has one knife, two openers, a Phillips screwdriver, and a flat head screwdriver. The knife has a small metal plate that has the Boy Scout logo, it is affixed to a side. Circa 1940s-1950s.
Condition
- pennant is good, light fraying along the edges
- pocket knife – fair – rust and pitting and a small chip out of the faux wood side
