A Jim Shore Heartwood Creek figurine of Noah’s ark. This figurine is titled And Noah Did All That the Lord Commanded Him. Appearing on the deck with Noah and his wife is a cow, geese, a pig and sheep, two cats and a rooster. Under the ark swim a school of fish. The figurines and ark are detailed with artistic influences derived from quilting, Pennsylvania Dutch and European rosemaling. The Ark is stamped to the bottom “Heartwood Creek, Jim Shore’s And Noah Did All That The Lord Commanded Him, Texas Star’.
