Hand-Knotted Persian Baluch Wool Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian Baluch wool rug. This rug is rendered in a variegated palette of black, red, and and ivory. The black hued field features a lattice of guls and kochak crosses, along with smaller hooked devices. Framing the field is a main diamond border, along with serrated patterned guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is labeled for ‘Harooni Rugs’, ‘Made in Iran’.
