Item Details
A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Mehriban wool rug. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of pink, red, blue, beige, and gray. The pink hued field begins with a central medallion enclosed by protruding floral motifs, it also features a symmetrical design of an array of floral motifs, and leaves. Framing the field is a main red grounded floral meander border, as well as floral meander guard borders. Finishing this rug are machine bound edges, and the remains of a wool warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
