1800s Enterprise Mfg. Co. Sausage Stuffer

Item Details

An antique cast iron sausage stuffer by the Enterprise Manufacturing Company. Produced circa the early twentieth-century, this “combined sausage stuffer, fruit, lard, and jelly press” is operated by a crank with a wooden handle; it has a spout at the base and stands on four feet which can be mounted to a surface. The crank apparatus is marked “Enterprise Mfg. Co. Phila. U.S.A.” and the barrel is marked “This Cylinder Is Bored True 4 Qts No. 25”.
