An Italian-made music box and cigarette dispenser. This round carousel-type piece has an angel finial over painted porcelain door panels that open to reveal pockets for cigarettes and lipsticks. It sits on a silver toned footed stand. The musical element was made by Reuge Music Company and plays ‘Love Story Edelweiss’.
