Antique Hobbyist Painted Porcelain Serveware with Noritake Nippon Bowl
Item Details
A selection of porcelain featuring a Noritake Nippon bowl with molded acorns to the well, hand-painted leaves to the mottled yellow and brown ground, and four scroll feet with beaded accents. It bears a maker’s mark to the underside indicating production ca. 1911-21. The antique hobbyist painted pieces include a Haviland & Co. plate (ca. 1904), a Tressemann & Vogt creamer pitcher and sugar bowl with April 2nd 1889 patent marks, and an unmarked chocolate pot with bright flowers and gilt scrolls.
