A circa 1930 vintage Japanese handwoven silk crepe formal crested furisode kimono, hand decorated with yuzen resist dyed design, surihaku metallic gold and silver leaf accents and metallic gold and silver couching embroidery. This multicolored kimono has an elaborate design featuring birds, kiku (chrysanthemum) and other floral and botanical motifs. It is lined in white silk and yuzen resist dyed silk crepe.
