A handmade needlepoint Aubusson style wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of ivory and black, with muted red, pink, green, and golden hues. The black ground features a central ivory lozenge infilled with intricately detailed flowers. It is framed in an elaborate border with scrolling golden hued foliate motifs with corner and centralized medallions and more floral motifs clustered throughout.
