Item Details
A circa 1920 vintage Japanese handwoven silk damask kofurisode kimono, hand decorated with multicolor stencil-dyed design. This white snowflake and kiku (chrysanthemum) pattern silk damask kimono features an Art Deco style design to the background and kiku, asagao (morning glory) and fuji (wisteria) motifs. The lower portion of the interior is lined in the same decorated silk damask as the exterior, the sleeves are lined in red silk and the remaining interior is lined in yellow silk.
